How To Get The Most Out Of Your SilverKin

How To Get The Most Out Of Your SilverKin

When your device powers on, or whenever you give the button a quick, short press, the light ring shows your battery level. Green shows how much is charged, and it will even speak the date, time, and battery percentage out loud.

When connecting to the internet, you'll see yellow lights circling around the ring. Once it's successfully connected, it turns solid green! If it turns solid red, it’s just having trouble connecting.

Your device will also let you know if the battery needs attention. A blinking red light means the battery is getting low. If you see red and orange lights blinking back and forth, the battery might just need to be taken out and adjusted to make sure it's sitting right.

To keep things running smoothly, we recommend swapping your battery every 24 hours. First, check your charger: the power button toggles the unit on and off, and a red light next to the cable shows that it’s powered on. Just take the device off, remove the battery out, and place it into the charger. A blinking green light means it's charging, and a solid green light means it's fully ready to go! Then, just place the battery back into your Tempo and place it back on your wrist.

If you need to call for help or raise an alert, press and hold the button down. You’ll hear a helpful tone and see a blinking purple light, letting you know your alert has been sent.

And that's it!
