Yes. The SilverKin app goes on your own iPhone or Android phone first, so you decide who can see your information. Your home also needs Wi-Fi.

The people you invite to your Care Circle: your children, other family, a neighbor or a friend. If a possible fall is detected or you press the help button, they’re alerted right away, with the room.^* Invite at least one person you trust.

Yes. Press the button on your wrist to talk with your Care Circle, with no phone needed. You can also get spoken reminders, like when it’s time for your medication.

No. There are no cameras and nothing is recorded. Your Care Circle sees your daily patterns, which room you’re in, and alerts, not video.

When your kit ships. At checkout you pay for your Starter Kit (and any extra room beacons). Your first month (monthly plan) or first year (annual plan) of membership is charged when your kit ships. After that, the monthly plan bills every month and the annual plan every year, counting from that date.

For as long as you stay a member, on either the monthly or the annual plan.

Yes. The monthly plan can be canceled anytime. On the annual plan, if you cancel partway through, service continues until the end of your annual term, with no partial refund. In the first 30 days, you’re also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.^‡

Yes. Invite them to your Care Circle, with no limit on members. Everyone gets the alerts and sees the day’s trends on their own phone, and anyone can tap “I’ll help.” To tell them about SilverKin, use “Send this to my siblings” on the home page.

There are no cameras, and nothing is recorded at home. SilverKin has a speaker and microphone for two-way voice and spoken reminders, used when your loved one or the family starts a conversation.

Home Wi-Fi. We prefer the SilverKin app be installed first on your loved one’s smartphone, so your loved one is the one giving permission for what others can see. One or more people in the Care Circle can have admin rights to manage everything, and family members use the app on their own phones.
