SilverKin Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with SilverKin. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returns requested after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility and Condition Criteria

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused: The product must be unused and in the exact condition you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original and undamaged packaging. All original inserts, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email must accompany the return.

SilverKin reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these condition requirements.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

SilverKin provides pre-paid return shipping labels for all authorized returns.

  • A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at orders@silverkin.com with your order number to request a return.

  2. If your return is eligible, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

  3. Securely pack the unopened item in its original packaging, place it inside an appropriate shipping box, and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier location.

5. Inspections and Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
