Cancellation policy

How billing works

The Starter Kit is $99, charged at checkout. Your membership ($39.99 a month, or $407.88 a year) starts when your kit ships, and then renews each month or year from the ship date. Your rate stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.

Monthly membership

Cancel anytime. Your service continues until your next billing date. For example, if you're billed on the 9th, service runs until the 9th of the following month. You won't be charged again, and there's no partial refund.

Annual membership

If you cancel partway through, service continues to the end of your annual term, with no partial refund.
