Device has not been evaluated for safety in the Magnetic Resonance (MR) environment; Do not use SilverKin during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or in an MRI environment. Remove the device before any transport for MRI procedures.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for hardware returned in accordance with our return guidelines. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Please See: www.silverkin.com/policies/refund-policy
Limited Product Warranty:
SilverKin warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the purchase date. For a valid covered claim, SilverKin may, at its discretion, repair the Product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Before returning a Product, contact support@silverkin.com and obtain return authorization. Proof of purchase and completion of reasonable troubleshooting steps may be required. A repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days after delivery, whichever is longer.
Exclusion & Limitations:
This warranty does not cover: (a) Software, applications, subscriptions, or related services (b) Batteries and other consumable components (c) Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or natural battery aging (d) Accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage (e) Improper installation, charging, voltage, or power supply (f) Use with unauthorized accessories or components (g) Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications (h) Products with altered or unreadable identifying information
SilverKin does not warrant that software, alerts, communications, internet connectivity, or related services will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Legal Limitations:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. SilverKin and CarePredict, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not permit certain warranty or damage limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law.
